Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience maintaining the operation of a packaging line.
• Operational expertise in running a packaging line with mechanics and electricians.

Responsibilities

• Package line operation to meet set quotas.
• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging line for safe, consistent production.
• Assist supervisor to train packaging department members.
• Maintain quality of packaging before export.
• Understand workflow across the bagging facility.
• Adapt techniques based on additives and operating conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Aim to increase productivity and meet daily quotas.
• Support other departments as needed.
