Job summary

Waters Corporation in Milford, MA is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler to support production through complex assembly, subassembly and basic testing. You will help troubleshoot instruments and processes, participate in cross-training across multiple operations, and assist in updating process documentation.

You will also contribute to transferring new products from development to operations and supporting quality objectives in a regulated, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent with 2 years minimum experience in an electro mechanical assembly and test environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, subassembly, and basic test functions to support production schedules and quality goals.
• Troubleshoot problems with systems, instruments, modules, sub-assemblies, processes, tooling, and material.
• Participate in cross training across a variety of operations for assembly, test or operation of new and existing instruments, equipment, or processes.
• Assist in reviewing and updating documentation for processes and assembly equipment.
• Support transfer of new products and processes from New Product Introduction into Instrument Operations.
