Job summary

ERMCOECI is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, support plant operations, and ensure safety compliance on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of PLCs, machining, and equipment diagnostics. OA/LOTO safety training and CMMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial setting ( transformer, electrical components, metals, machining, or molding preferred).
• Solid working knowledge of mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting equipment such as winders, slitters, presses, conveyors, and molding equipment.
• Familiarity with reading electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, and PM logs.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment and related systems.
• Perform preventive & predictive maintenance tasks and document results.
• Assist with calibration, wiring, and testing of control panels and safety devices.
• Repair or rebuild mechanical components and fabricate basic brackets or guards as needed.
• Support safety programs, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
