As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime and supporting production success by:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnosing equipment failures, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions
Supporting the safe and reliable operation of production and electrical testing equipment
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams
Accurately documenting maintenance activities, repairs, downtime events, and work orders within CMMS systems
Partnering with operators, engineers, and fellow technicians to resolve equipment issues efficiently
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities
Following and improving standardized maintenance procedures and best practices
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Degree in a related field, technical/vocational certification, military technical training, or equivalent experience
5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, or 4 years of related military experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to independently diagnose and repair industrial equipment
Experience performing preventive maintenance and managing work orders
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals
Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer applications
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Experience maintaining conveyors, automated production equipment, or electrical testing systems
Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, robotics, and industrial automation systems
Experience supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
Background participating in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or continuous improvement initiatives
Experience working in highly automated manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
