Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for paperwork.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to read tape measure and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Overtime availability for business needs.
• Assist in installation of equipment including high/low voltage systems.
• Assist in diagnosis, testing, disassembly, inspection and re-assembly of plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled technical work in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Provide basic assistance with new installations of equipment and distribution equipment per UL and NEC guidelines.
• Diagnose, test, disassemble, inspect, repair, and re-assemble plant equipment with instruction.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments.
• Use diagnostic tools to interpret readings and determine needed actions.
• Maintain and service cranes, presses, plasma cutters, robots, and CNC equipment.
