Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Proficiency with electrical wiring, motor controls, sensors, actuators, VFDs, conveyors, gearboxes, and clutches.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, testing, welding, and basic facility maintenance activities.
• Strong commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and adherence to maintenance procedures, schedules, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical maintenance activities safely and in compliance with ABB safety standards and procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Sustain the physical demands of the role, including performing essential maintenance duties throughout scheduled shifts.
• Promptly communicate any limitations affecting the ability to perform essential job functions and collaborate on reasonable accommodation solutions when needed.
