Shape Products, part of The AmeriLux Family of Companies, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, and support equipment upgrades.

The role requires strong problem-solving, safety discipline, and clear communication with operators and engineering teams. You will also maintain records, train operators, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives while working a standard

Qualifications

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
