Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its distribution center. The role involves diagnostic maintenance of equipment, repair using schematics, and hands-on work with mills, lathes, CNCs, and 3D printers.

Candidates should have electro-mechanical training and distribution maintenance experience. The job requires working with electrical systems up to 480V/3 phase, PLCs, and PC-based monitoring software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; training certifications in electro-mechanical or machining trades.
• Minimum of 3–7 years of related maintenance experience in distribution or an Associates Degree in related trades.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests and tasks on all types of equipment with strong diagnostic/root-cause analysis.
• Work from schematics, manuals, and instructions; interpret operation principles and interact with vendors.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Manufacture parts/tools using Mill, Lathe, CNC, and 3D printing.
• Work with low voltage AC/DC up to 480V/3 phase and service PLCs and digital controllers.
