Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, IL is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations primarily in the Drill manufacturing department.

You will also cover production needs on weekends and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance. The role requires 3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, use basic and power tools, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of preventative maintenance, repair and/or installation of industrial electro-mechanical equipment.
• Licensing and journeyman status preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and equipment installations mainly in Drill manufacturing Dept.
• Work at least 1 full weekend a month to cover production needs.
• Dismantle devices to access parts requiring inspection or repair.
• Inspect equipment systems to identify possible failures and schedule repairs as needed.
• Supply own basic hand tools as required.
• Communicate completion of work via maintenance forms and emails.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
