Job summary

Rehlko in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support process machinery with electrical, electronic and mechanical diagnostics. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, DC motors, and servo systems, and work closely with Engineering and EHS to ensure safety and reliability.

This onsite role offers 1st shift hours (6:30am-2:30pm) with overtime including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum four years of experience in the diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment via competent use of equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence in advancing technology.
• Programming knowledge of PLCs.
• Maintain AC/DC circuits, DC equipment and controls, single phase motors, three phase systems, power supplies and PLCs.
• Proficiently use tools and instrumentation.
• Use power tools to repair, modify and maintain production equipment.
• Track and record production downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Identify root cause analysis through collaboration with Engineering.
