Job description

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the maintenance department, including equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, facility infrastructure, and the leadership and development of the Electro-Mechanical Service Technician team.

This is a hands-on management role that combines advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting with leadership, planning, and continuous improvement. The manager is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, establishing maintenance standards, developing technicians, and partnering with production leadership to support operational success.

Our facility includes industrial lasers, UV printers, embroidery machines, woodworking equipment, warehouse systems, and general facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building and leading a high-performing maintenance team.
