The Maintenance Technician must maintain the day-to-day operations of the facility and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the machines and equipment on the plant floor under the direction of the Director of Maintenance. This position will be responsible for keeping production machines operating on all shifts at maximum capacity with minimum downtime in order to maintain overall efficiency and productivity.
