Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years related electro-mechanical instrumentation experience or equivalent.
• Soldering experience.
• Must understand basic physics and mechanical movements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains computer-based data collection, instrumentation, cables, and sensors.
• Measures, validates sensor outputs using calibration data and digital data acquisition techniques.
• Retrieves data from vehicles and remote locations via wireless modems and recording media.
• Assists with sensor placement based on test procedures and fabricates mounting hardware.
• Projects teamwork and customer service for assigned missions.
