Job summary

Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site service and maintenance, including documenting work orders and ensuring quality service.

The role requires 3–5 years of mechanical/technical experience, an active driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The position offers hourly pay of $27.00–$31.00 with a potential $5,000 yearly bonus under the Service Technician Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
• Strong electro-mechanical skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely completion of work orders, including capturing labor and travel time stamps, equipment lists, parts and materials, notes, and customer signature.
• Provide responsive interaction with customers and highest level of service.
• Complete business reporting documentation (timesheets, repair orders, logs, etc.).
• Identify and secure additional revenue opportunities (PMs, refurb, spare parts, etc.).
• Process Parts Received at the tech location at the start of each day and report discrepancies.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Travel and driving required.
• Other duties as assigned
