Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and self‑motivated Lead Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a key role that gives you significant control over your own schedule. You will primarily handle on‑site field service calls while also performing shop work (motor assembly/disassembly) when field work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes and fans both on‑site and in the shop
• Perform on‑site bearing changes, shaft alignments, and vibration analysis
• Deliver professional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Efficiently manage your own schedule and service calls as a self‑motivated “go‑getter”
• Assemble and disassemble motors in the shop during downtime between field jobs
