U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC in Holyoke, MA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to implement, optimize, and support electro-mechanical systems, automation, and manufacturing equipment.

You will lead root-cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced metalworking environment. Candidates should have a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Green Belt Status Preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a fast paced/high volume metal working business preferred.
• CAD Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recommend process improvements and support problem resolution to improve operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, present, and implement improvement plans including training for team members.
• Monitor equipment performance and process conditions to ensure optimal operation.
• Lead investigations into manufacturing abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
