Job summary

You will collaborate with Production and Applications Engineering to install hardware and ensure repeatable, safe setups, while supporting Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Develop procedures, assembly guides, and work instructions for the efficient and reliable set-up and installation of CNC machine tool platforms and associated options and kits.
• Translate complex information into easy-to-understand instructions for factory and field installation.
• Promote safety, quality, and ISO compliance through documented processes and standard work.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continual improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and work procedures and report any safety or quality issues.
• Develop procedures and work instructions for CNC machine tool setups and option integration.
• Install equipment, identify hurdles, and collaborate with Production and Applications Engineering to resolve.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma activities including time studies and 5S principles.
• Create or update detailed drawings using SolidWorks and support ISO 9001:2015 certification.
