Job summary

ITT Inc. is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Product Design Engineer with mid-level development experience in the connector industry to join the team in Gilbert, AZ.

You will design components and assemblies, manage engineering BOMs, and work with Product Management and Operations on new product development. Proficiency with Creo Parametric, ASME Y14.5/GD&T, and strong communication across departments is required. Some travel (up to 20%) and ITAR compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years' experience in electro-mechanical product design in connectors.
• CREO Parametric 3D modeling and documentation experience.
• ASME Y14.5 GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage electro-mechanical connectors using Creo.
• Create engineering BOMs and documentation updates.
• Design new components and assemblies.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Operations for new product development.
• Support testing in a Product Evaluation Lab and with Field Application Engineering.
• Ensure visibility to export controlled documents and information.
