Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will support production operations in the Manufacturing Department, requiring attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to succeed.

The role involves reading engineering drawings, performing functional testing, calibration, and documenting test results. Shift is 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday, on a 1-year contract basis.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of electro-mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly documentation.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and standard hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical, electrical assembly and knowledge of pneumatics, vacuum systems, motion control, and robotics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
• Perform functional testing, calibration, and verification of completed assemblies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues using standard diagnostic equipment.
• Document build data, test results, and non-conformances in manufacturing systems.
