Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Horsham, PA to join a leading electronics manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling, testing, and calibrating advanced electro-mechanical devices, with strong emphasis on reading drawings and following procedures.

The candidate should have 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, a high school diploma, and preference for an associate degree in Electronic Technology. Expect lifting up to 50 pounds and a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001).
• Ability to operate standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices.
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment.
• Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards.
