Job summary

Manpower is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Horsham, PA to join a leading electronics manufacturing team. You will support assembly and testing of electro-mechanical devices, read drawings, follow instructions, and calibrate products using standard test equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electro-mechanical assembly, a high school diploma (associate in Electronic Technology preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required
• High School Diploma required
• Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001)
• Ability to operate standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices
• Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures
• Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment
• Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards
