Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician for a 6-12+ week contract in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This hands-on role works with small electro-mechanical components and supports production, packaging, quality and material handling.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks. Project length starts at 6 weeks with potential extension beyond 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling/disassembling small electro-mechanical components.
• Experience with small components and detailed assembly.
• Comfortable following BOMs, SOPs and written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble small electro-mechanical components
• Follow SOPs, BOMs, work orders and production instructions
• Perform product packaging, labeling and card insert printing
• Operate semi-automatic packaging/sealing equipment
• Inspect components and finished product for quality issues
• Prepare materials for production based on work orders
• Enter or document material usage in ERP/SAP systems
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow 5S, ESD and general safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on small electronic component assembly/disassembly experience required

• Strong computer and SAP (ERP) experience
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working as part of a production team
• High school diploma or equivalent

This is not a general labor or basic packing position. We are specifically looking for someone with prior small-component electro-mechanical assembly experience.
