Job summary

ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client seeks an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician in California. The role involves building products from schematics, wire cutting, assembling, testing, and QA to ensure quality and efficiency.

Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a pay rate of $28/hour. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year in assembly/QA/inventory, ability to read drawings and BOMs, and basic computer skills with familiarity with WMS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical school is a plus.
• 1+ year in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
• Able to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Build products by interpreting and working from schematics.
• Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks in assembly.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and QA of electromechanical assemblies.
• Verify quantities and items shipped per Work Orders with proper packing and documentation.
• Support ISO certification processes and participate in audits.

Our client, a leader in electromechanical manufacturing, is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their dedicated team. As an Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician

Pay Range: $28hr

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Build products by accurately interpreting and working from schematics.
• Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties.
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Verify quantities and items shipping out per Work Orders, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
• Support ISO certification processes, maintain documentation, and participate in audits.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required; technical school is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and strong attention to detail.
