Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–7 years of relevant technical job experience.
• Must pass OSHA Pulmonary Fitness Test (PFT) to wear a respirator.
• High attention to detail and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to follow documented work instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 30+ pounds and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Capable of using production level mechanical and fabrication assembly tools.
• Work with Inventory to ensure parts are available to complete work on schedule.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Report non-compliance to QA/QC with drawings or instructions.
• Interact with engineering staff and outside vendors.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Move between Assembly – Electrical, Painting, and Mechanical tasks as needed.
