Job summary

You will pack goods and support workflow as a water spider, while following SWADs and safety guidelines. The role requires basic English literacy, basic math, and the ability to read assembly drawings; 1–2 years manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems when necessary.
• Must be able to operate the required hand tools and fixtures.
• Able to interpret standard work assembly drawings (SWAD), production order paperwork, test instructions, and quality checklists.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine assembly tasks, working independently with SWADs, such as assembling electrical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
• Packages products while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Water Spider: supports workflow, stocking bins, pallets, and general material handling.
• Builds final product and works with manufacturing engineers.
• Follows safety guidelines and uses PPE; interprets test results and troubleshoots as needed.
