Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Good eyesight and manual dexterity for fine work.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly of electro-mechanical products and subassemblies
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct basic soldering tasks (through-hole and/or small component work)
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report defects, material issues, or process concerns to supervision
• Support production goals by meeting daily output and quality targets
• Assist with basic packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed
