Armada Staffing Group is recruiting an Assembly Technician in Columbus, Ohio to join a growing manufacturing team designing advanced biomechanical equipment. You will assemble, test, and calibrate electronic and electro-mechanical products using hand, powered, and pneumatic tools.

The role requires reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, soldering, wiring PCBs, and maintaining calibration records. You’ll lift components up to 70 lbs (team lifts up to 140 lbs) and work within a standard 8:00

Qualificações

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Soldering, wiring, and testing of assemblies.
• Maintain accurate production and testing records.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products and components
• Apply two-part epoxy to glue sub-assemblies
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand, powered, and pneumatic tools
• Install PCBs and other electronic components into finished products
• Solder wires to PCB boards
• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies
• Perform product calibration and testing
• Maintain accurate records of calibration and testing results
• Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Handle and move components weighing up to 70 lbs.; team lift required for items up to 140 lbs.
• Work closely with production management to maintain quality and production schedules
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
