Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services LLC is seeking an entry‑level assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Lawrence, Massachusetts. You will build and assemble electronic, electro‑mechanical, and mechanical products with hands‑on training and room for advancement.

This is a 2nd shift role with a Monday–Friday schedule, 3:40 PM to 12:10 AM. The position requires 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience, the ability to read instructions and blueprints, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs,

Qualifications

• 0–1 year manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Able to read and follow instructions and blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• ITAR eligibility required for this ITAR-restricted facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electronic, and electro‑mechanical components and subassemblies
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Install components, perform testing, and verify product quality
• Make basic setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances
• Operate wash stations to clean parts and assemblies
• Support a safe and efficient production environment

• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
