Qualifications

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly and testing.
• Knowledge of ESD best practices.
• Dexterity with hand tools, power tools, and other electronic assembly tools.
• Proficiency in following written procedures and work instructions.
• Team oriented with good communication.
• Computer skills.
• Overtime availability, sometimes on short notice.
• Experience with environmental test chambers preferred.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and production demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assemblies for traffic controllers, circuit boards, and other electronic products.
• Perform software installation and diagnostics from computer to controller.
• Perform bench testing and environmental stress screening (ESS) of product using test computers.
• Report any failures or issues encountered.
• Use ShopVue productivity monitoring system.
• Print labels for traffic controllers and other electronic products.
• Perform packaging and product verification for traffic controllers and other electronic products.
• Inspect product, electronic and mechanical parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
