Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen and able to work in the US.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly instructions.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Mechanically assemble complex electronic systems, including wire harnesses and test racks.
  • Perform hand soldering and component fabrication within team or autonomously as needed.
  • Validate and test electronic components using meters and test racks.
  • Conduct functional tests, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure checklists are completed and reviewed before QA approval.
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain equipment in the assembly department.
