Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, aerospace manufacturing, or wire harness fabrication.
• Advanced proficiency in precision soldering, crimping, and reading complex wiring schematics.
• Training or familiarity with industry standards IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or J-STD-001 is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods; safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build critical, high-power microwave radar transmitter cabinets.
• Transform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Assemble heavy-duty structural components, chassis, and wire harnesses.
• Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assembly.
• Run self-inspections to ensure connections meet engineering and quality standards.
