Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or repair.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude, including proficient use of hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow general procedures, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize parts prior to assembly.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of light to moderate complexity.
• Conduct basic functional testing of assemblies.
• Rework and repair non-conforming production assemblies.
• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions or accidents.
