Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join its manufacturing team in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical assembly of components and sub-assemblies, following MPIs, blueprints, and diagrams.

Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of a high-volume production schedule. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, can read English instructions, and demonstrate precision and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-volume assembly manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand English
• Proficiency in assembling products or sub-assemblies according to instructions, drawings, or diagrams
• Availability for overtime and weekend work as required
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical units following process instructions (MPIs), blueprints, or diagrams
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Set up and adjust assembly equipment to maintain blueprint tolerances
• Apply job skills and company policies to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Recognize when deviation from standard practices is necessary and seek guidance as needed
• Utilize manufacturing equipment properly and safely
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards
