Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a high-precision EMS manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. You will interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, using hand and power tools and calibration instruments.

The role requires 2–5 years in production or electro-mechanical assembly, reading engineering prints, and the ability to stand for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, with potential overtime. ITAR compliance is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read engineering prints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Stand for entire shifts and lift/push up to 40 pounds; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical systems per blueprints, drawings, and instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools and material handling equipment safely.
• Conduct in-process visual and mechanical testing with calibrated devices to identify defects.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Meet production deadlines under supervisor guidance.
