Job summary

Marway Power Solutions is seeking an assembler to build electro-mechanical units for aerospace and defense systems. You will work under ISO9001 guidelines, interpret schematics, and perform wiring, crimping, and assembly tasks on PDUs, control panels, and power supplies.

Training will advance you toward complex assemblies and production runs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience; knowledge of IPC/UL standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Electrical wiring and basic to medium assembly per ISO9001 guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and wire lists.
• Experience with point-to-point wiring, harness fabrication, and electrical integration.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products of basic to medium complexity.
• Interpret drawings and wire lists; build Blue Folder units as required.
• Train to handle PDUs, control panels, power supplies, and rack systems.
• Support manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams as needed.
