Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in Horsham, PA is seeking an electronics/electro-mechanical assembler to build prototype and production hardware to workmanship standards and client specifications. You will read wiring lists and assembly drawings, and use hand and power tools to trim, cut, and fit components, ensuring proper alignment.

You may assist in training junior staff and, in a senior capacity, lead a team and oversee finished work. Experience with wiring diagrams and assembly methods is valued.

Qualifications

• Candidate must read and interpret wiring lists and assembly drawings.
• Experience assembling electronics or electro-mechanical hardware is preferred.
• Ability to use hand/power tools and perform basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intricate electronics/electro-mechanical assembly per workmanship standards.
• Read wiring lists and assembly drawings to work orders using written instructions.
• Use hand or power tools to trim, fit, and align components; assist in rework from test failures.
• May train lower-level assemblers and, at senior level, lead a small team.
