Job description

Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Electro-Mechanical Final Assembler opening for our client in the Paoli, PA region. This full‑time, fully on‑site, direct hire role allows you to expand your electro‑mechanical assembly career in final production, inspections, maintenance, and trainings. This on‑site position requires 2 years’ experience in sub‑assembly and PLC experience with reading schematics, assembly, finishing products and power tools. Candidates must be familiar with best practices implementation, HSE/accident prevention programs and be a strong self‑starter.

Hourly range: $20.00 – $25.00

Responsibilities
  • Interpretation of schematics, drawing, procedure work orders/changes.
  • Locate, identify and make recommendations on faulty equipment or parts.
  • Measure, form and cut metals tubing to schematics drawn length, width and diameter.
  • Aid in and preparation of final assembly components, cables, tubing, and wiring.
  • Ensure components are properly positioned, aligned, and adjusted for correct fit and performance.
  • Create, maintain and store production paperwork and recordkeeping.
  • Adhere to company policy and procedural safety rules and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in final sub‑assembly and assembly procedures.
  • Experience with Siemens PLC.
  • Experience in electro‑mechanical assembly with PLC and sub‑assemblies.
  • Familiarity with common manufacturing of metals procedures, machinery, etc.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist and sit through extended periods of time.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental. Proven ability to create strategic plans while ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read standard schematics and blueprints, including machine & process drawings.
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure customer satisfaction, employee engagement and continually implement best practices.
