Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking an Assembler to perform electro-mechanical assembly of light to moderate complexity in a manufacturing environment. You will prepare parts, assemble using documentation, and conduct basic testing to ensure product quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of assembly experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams. This is an on-site hourly position with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or repair.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow wiring diagrams and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components following job orders, drawings, and documentation.
• Conduct basic functional testing of assemblies including insulation resistance testing.
• Rework and repair non-conforming assemblies per procedures.
• Follow safety practices and participate in required safety training.
