Selectemp in Salem, OR is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler for a day shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $16 per hour with a significant pay increase upon hire, and a path to stability and growth within a reputable manufacturing team.

You will assemble electrical and mechanical components for precision instruments, follow work orders, use hand tools, soldering equipment and basic welding tools, and help maintain a clean, safe workstation while supporting production goals.
