Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler for a Milwaukee-area client. You will join a safety-first, quality-focused team that assembles drive panels and enclosures in a clean, air-controlled environment.

The position starts at $20.50 per hour and progresses to $21.50; first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate hand tools and/or computers, including reaching and occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drive panels and enclosures using electro-mechanical components, drives, and wire harnesses.
• Mount components, route and connect wires, and complete finished product assembly in a clean, safe, organized, air-controlled environment.
• Use visual observation, standard operating procedures, bills of material, assembly drawings, and test equipment to ensure quality work.
• Support inventory accuracy and communicate material defects to quality.
• Build knowledge across multiple production assembly lines so you can flex to other areas to help meet customer delivery dates.
