Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Electro Mechanical Assembler/Manufacturing Technician in Gloucester, MA. The role focuses on building, testing, and repairing complex semiconductor equipment.

Expect a 4‑day workweek with Fridays off and a day shift option, plus growth opportunities in high‑tech manufacturing. You will work from schematics and instructions, perform precise assemblies, and document results to ensure quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
• Strong ability to follow technical instructions and schematics.
• Hands‑on skills with electro‑mechanical assemblies and tools.
• Comfort working in structured, process‑driven environments.
• Interest in or experience within semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum assemblies.
• Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions.
• Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical assemblies, correcting errors.
• Use test fixtures, measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps for validation.
• Enter production data and progress into computer systems.
• Receive and audit parts to ensure build readiness and inspect components for defects.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Document completed work clearly and accurately.
