Job summary

Techneeds LLC in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. You will assemble complex cable harnesses, connectors, and assemblies for aerospace and defense applications, using power and hand tools, and following blueprints and process sheets.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience required or preferred.
• Ability to use power and hand tools for mechanical assembly.
• Comfort reading technical drawings, process sheets, and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Interest in learning soldering techniques and operating automated equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable harnesses, connectors, and assemblies.
• Perform cable assembly, bonding, molding, and visual inspections per specifications.
• Use mechanical instruments and tools; follow verbal and written instructions.
• Learn soldering techniques and operate automated machinery as needed.
• Adhere to quality standards to produce durable multi-core cables for harsh environments.
