Responsibilities

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and wiring per specifications.
• Perform hand soldering and cable harnessing with tolerances.
• Verify quality and adherence to procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in cell meetings.
• Follow 5S and clean-as-you-go practices.
