Job summary

The Boeing Company in Smithfield, PA is seeking an Entry-Level or Associate-Level Manufacturing Assembler (Level A or B) to join our Argon operations team. You will perform production assembly of wire bundles and electronic assemblies, following schematics and blueprints in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read engineering drawings, and readiness to work either 1st or 2nd shift. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications in English.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Performs production assembly operations including routing or building wire bundles and electronic assemblies.
• Reads and interprets schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Assists with troubleshooting and problem solving within established procedures.
• Maintains quality and safety standards; records and labels wires accurately.
• Performs wire preparation, termination and assembly tasks.
• Verifies electrical continuity and correct wiring with multimeters or testers.
