Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of related assembly/manufacturing/electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics preferred.
• Electrical, industrial or distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to schematic requirements.
• Populate panel boards with materials and electrical components per layout specifications.
• Wire panel boards according to wiring diagrams.
• Print and apply labels to projects following labeling diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or build issues as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Ensure inventory and materials align with work order requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments when required
• Ability to work overtime or mandatory physical inventory as needed
• Manufacturing and warehouse environment

• Location: Miramar, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
