Job Description: Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a mechanical assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Assembling, modifying, wiring, soldering, and adjusting instrument assemblies and subassemblies, which may lack complete documentation or finalized design information.
2. Following method sheet instructions and material handling procedures to ensure proper signaling and prevent part shortages.
3. Performing quality inspections as prescribed by method sheets and accurately pulling customer spare parts orders to meet all ship dates.
4. Assembling kit assemblies, packaging, and shipping customer orders.
5. Performing additional duties as necessary based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency and soldering skills.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and use hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and demonstrate tube bending.
• Ability to test and demonstrate finished products using specialized instrumentation.
• Safety shoes and glasses are required.
• Overtime may be required periodically, both scheduled and unscheduled.
