Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Industrial Electro Mechanical for a full-time role in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production and facilities equipment, troubleshoot faults, and ensure optimal equipment reliability in a manufacturing setting.

Required: 2+ years of repair/maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, plus knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of repair and maintenance experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic systems.
• Experience reading blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Strong knowledge of PLC control systems and industrial electronics.
• Ability to diagnose and correct production equipment issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of two years experience in repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment i.e.: control panels, PLC's, lift systems, conveyor shaft, motor and bearing replacement, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary
• Prior experience with Allen Bradley Control Logix Processors and RSLogix 5000. Understanding of control system design and network communication interfaces is desired.
• Work directly with production associates and management to problem-solve and correct production issues that will ensure maximum production efficiencies.
• Observes mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.
• Technical knowledge in PLC control systems, high voltage equipment, PLC applications, line drives, process instrumentation, data acquisition, programming, and etc.

Job Details

The Industrial Electro Mechanic is a full-time position that is responsible for preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. Electro-Mechanic troubleshoots issues, repairs failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensures maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness and reliability. Electro-Mechanic Maintenance with 3 phase 480V electrical experience, controls ladder logic trouble-shooting knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance programs is a MUST.
