Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, service AC/DC motors, sensors, and PLCs, and read schematics and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

Follow all plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training, including lockout/tagout, housekeeping, and 5S standards. Ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely to support consistent product quality. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines, including replacing sensors, motors, drives, and contacts as needed. Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, run power and ethernet lines, and work with high-voltage equipment safely. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas in compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborate with team members and other departments to minimize downtime and achieve production goals. Actively participate in a supportive team environment that values safety, quality, and productivity. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, electrical panels, sensors, relays, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends if needed.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMMS systems; eMaint experience a plus.
• Knowledge of robotic or automated equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
