Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience with electrical, electronic and mechanical diagnostics and repairs
• Ability to read ladder diagrams, schematics and engineering drawings; knowledge of PLC/CNC/robotic controls

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics and repairs to processing machinery and controls
• Repair electrical equipment within department responsibility
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on specified machinery and equipment
• Interpret ladder diagrams, schematics and engineering drawings
• Repair PLC, CNC and robotic equipment and controls
• Mechanical alignments and repairs on machines and equipment
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and controls
• Inspect and repair hoists, cables, shafts and valves on hoisting equipment
• Apply lubrication on a regular schedule
• Utilize CMMS to create work notifications, lookup parts, print work orders, and log time
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure quality in every task
• Provide own tools
