Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Experience in electrification, energy systems, or site solution development with a focus on system integration and testing.
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills, especially in prototype development and system debugging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, design review processes, and test validation methodologies.
